NVC Parenting Student Membership Payment Assistance FA 25 Deadline to Apply Oct. 31st

Thank you for your interest in Phi Theta Kappa National Honor Society. This form is for students enrolled in at least 1 NVC class this Fall 2025 who are parents/guardians of minors and need assistance with the PTK membership payment.

Once this request form is completed, a follow up email will be provided with the status of your request and instructions if financial assistance is available. Deadline to complete the steps below Oct. 31^st.

Criteria for payment assistance:

-Applied to be a member of NVC PTK (a pre-approved email was sent to eligible NVC students)
-Currently Enrolled at NVC
-Complete this form and verification email
-Complete NVC PTK Professional Development Certificate (steps in this form on how to complete) CLICK HERE
-Join the NVC Parenting Student Portal CLICK HERE
