NVC Free Childcare assistance (On Campus YMCA program) request form

NVC students may qualify for FREE childcare—

so you can focus on your education while we take care of the rest.

🧒 Who’s Eligible?

  • Children ages 5–13
  • NVC students enrolled in at least one on-campus class during the childcare hours listed below

đź•’ Childcare Hours – Fall 2025

  • Monday–Thursday: 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
  • Saturday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

This service is designed to support your success—giving you time to attend class, study, and access campus resources.

This opportunity is made possible through a partnership between Northwest Vista College and the YMCA of Greater San Antonio. Childcare will be provided by trained YMCA staff on the NVC campus.

*NVC Employees may also request assistance during the evening/Saturday scheduled hours 


NVC Students seeking this childcare assistance must:

-Be registered at NVC for the semester you are requesting to have childcare assistance
- Remain registered at NVC for the semester you will  receive childcare assistance 
-Complete this request form 
-Complete the NVC YMCA registration form which will sent to your ACES email once availability and eligibility are confirmed
