501c3 NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION

Thank you for your interest in providing free information/services to our Northwest Vista College students. For safety reasons and to ensure that multiple groups have the same opportunity, please read the information below. Please note that all outdoor spaces must be reserved. Any organization that does not have approval (and have reservation made) may be asked to leave to ensure that others (who have reserved the space) have access.

A reserved space ensures that you will be allowed to provide your free information/services during the approved times and locations. Due to the volume of requests received, no more than 3 requests per month can be considered and/or approved. You may submit additional requests for additional months two weeks prior to the next month starting.
Table space is on a first-come/approved, first-served basis and must be requested at least two weeks in advance.
The location is outside of Juniper Hall (JH), under the overhang on the end of the building that faces the lake. This is a shaded, covered area, and is shared with other organizations that may be tabling at the same time.
The days and hours are Monday-Thursday, 830am-430pm only.
You must provide your own table and chairs (max-1 table, max-2 chairs). Canopies/tents are not permitted.
The Student Life Office, Northwest Vista College, and Alamo Colleges District will not be held liable for theft or damage of vendor property.
Violation of state and local ordinances and/or Northwest Vista College policies may result in expulsion from campus. Interpretation and enforcement of ordinances and policies remains at the discretion of the Director of Student Life or designated representative .
Visitors must conduct business in a professional, courteous, and ethical manner and without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability.

1. Disruptive activity is not permitted. This includes obstruction, disruption or interference with classes, research, administrative functions or other activities. 2. Hate speech will not be tolerated. This includes verbal attacks against individuals or groups on the basis or attributes such as gender, ethnicity, religious beliefs, race, disabilities or sexual orientation. 3. Infringement on the rights of others is prohibited. 4. Campus access must be provided. For example, walkways cannot be blocked. 5. Literature may only be provided to those who have expressed interest. Organizers may not go up to others and hand them anything. 6. Noise levels may not interfere with classes, meetings or activities in process. 7. Presenting identification is required. In accordance with the Texas Education Code, it is unlawful for any person on any property either owned or controlled by the college, to refuse to identify him/herself to a university official. In response to a request, an individual may present a student/staff/faculty ID card or state issued ID card. 8. Damage to property is prohibited. Any damage to university or personal property in the course of, or as a result of, an expressive activity is prohibited. Care should be taken to ensure that campus and personal property is not damaged or destroyed. This includes the campus lawns, shrubs and trees. Personal vehicles are not permitted on the campus lawns. 9. Any acts that are disruptive to the normal operations of the campus, including classes and campus business, or that invade the rights of others will not be tolerated. Any participant in a disruptive activity may face criminal charges. By submitting this form, I certify that I have read and agree to the above guidelines. I fully understand that failure to comply will result in being asked to leave and/or not being allowed to return to Northwest Vista College.
