Thank you for your interest in having a non profit tabling reservation at NVC!
Please review the information below for eligibility:

must have a 501c3 Determination Letter from the IRS
must provide free information only
may not request donations or payments of any kind
must submit this request at least 2 weeks in advance
must receive email approval prior to tabling

Due to the volume of requests received, no more than 3 requests per month can be considered and/or approved. You may submit additional requests for additional months two weeks prior to the next month starting.

Visitor Guidelines
1. Disruptive activity is not permitted. This includes obstruction, disruption or interference with classes, research, administrative functions or other activities. 2. Hate speech will not be tolerated. This includes verbal attacks against individuals or groups on the basis or attributes such as gender, ethnicity, religious beliefs, race, disabilities or sexual orientation. 3. Infringement on the rights of others is prohibited. 4. Campus access must be provided. For example, walkways cannot be blocked. 5. Literature may only be provided to those who have expressed interest. Organizers may not go up to others and hand them anything. 6. Noise levels may not interfere with classes, meetings or activities in process. 7. Presenting identification is required. In accordance with the Texas Education Code, it is unlawful for any person on any property either owned or controlled by the college, to refuse to identify him/herself to a university official. In response to a request, an individual may present a student/staff/faculty ID card or state issued ID card. 8. Damage to property is prohibited. Any damage to university or personal property in the course of, or as a result of, an expressive activity is prohibited. Care should be taken to ensure that campus and personal property is not damaged or destroyed. This includes the campus lawns, shrubs and trees. Personal vehicles are not permitted on the campus lawns. 9. Any acts that are disruptive to the normal operations of the campus, including classes and campus business, or that invade the rights of others will not be tolerated. Any participant in a disruptive activity may face criminal charges. By submitting this form, I certify that I have read and agree to the above guidelines. I fully understand that failure to comply will result in being asked to leave and/or not being allowed to return to Northwest Vista College.

I understand I may bring a maximum of 1 table and 2 chairs for my setup. Tents/Canopies are not allowed. I also understand I may not table unless I receive email approval, which I will print and/or present as required.

Location is outside of Juniper Hall (JH), under the overhang on the end of the building that faces the lake. This is a shaded, covered area. You may bring a maximum of 1 table and 2 chairs.
NOTE: This is a shared space, so you may be next to other organizations. Please space your table as needed.
